Girls and boys, out in the world today from Image Comics, Elephantmen 38, written by Richard Starkings and drawn by yours truly. It's been almost two months since the last issue, but hopefully it's worth the way. At least I'm having the time of my life drawing it.

I was wondering if we'd see some other critters! Great design, very monstrous. I love the sense of movement on the third page, like a truck that blown off the highway, engine still revved to the max.

I wish I could take credit for the design of the creature, but that was done by Boo Cook, our cover artist.

Actually, I have no idea what might show up in future issues, almost anything goes...

He's got great weight and mass, really a solid figure. With the gun and the stocky muscular profile it's a little reminiscent of Gears of War.
