Description

So... this is how my mind works:

This is one of the winning concepts of my little contest:

A weary, anthro (Cyborg?) 3 tailed kitsune, watchman/woman wearing armour, smoking a cigarette and watching the rain from a… Something.
While vague shadows of people run past.
In the sky is a glow in the shape of a huge bird with a long tail, it seems threatening.
There are flowers (buddleia?? [link]) sprouting out from the walls that are crumbling.
There is a strange peace around the kitsune while tension around…
The place is dank and grimy.
Kinda an area of calm in a choppy, tense sea

Too much to put in a pic, maybe... but I liked the mood.. I kept my favourite elements, and somehow it referred my to my Don Quixote [link] and I thought about other famous knights...

So, this is Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, known as El Cid Campeador (translated as the Battling Lord, or the Conqueror Lord, or something like that) a Spanish hero of the Middle Ages... it is said that he was so great a warrior, that when he died of a war wound, they put him over his noble steed, and sent him towards an army that had his castle in siege... and the army ran away when they recognized him totally terrified, not knowing he was dead. So, he won battles even after he died.

So... maybe it wasn't what you had in mind, Cyborg, but I hope you like it...

And, while you are at it, go visit my beloved girlfriend, who has just arrived to deviantart

Genial!
